The change to British summer time and an early morning flight out of Belfast International airport was maybe not the smartest move on my part, but a trip to Poland to seee the attractions of Krakóv and specifically to visit the Auschwitz Birkenau concentration camp (later in the week) soon got me motivated to crawl out from under the duvet.

Easyjet flight EZY6783 left more or less on time from a foggy cold County Antrim and two and a half hours later touched down in Poland to very warm strong sunshine. My Escape to Poland airport pickup had me and my baggage to my Globus Hotel in Krakóv in no time at all and after a quick freshen up it was out on to the streets along with thousands of others.

Great pictures of a great Poland! I heard about Escape 2 Poland, but in the end I chose Visitbus and it was also fine!
