Recovery spin

After my hard efforts yesterday in my first ever organised group race on Zwift the legs were feeling tired so I opted for a solo, gentle recovery spin along the quiet roads along the Strangford Lough shoreline.

It was one of those near perfect days where there was only a gentle breeze, even the roads were mostly dry.

The views back towards Scrabo were great and the Sun tried to break through.

A handy wee 32 mile spin taken at a leisurely pace to ease the leg muscles.
