Sunny Seaside Cycle

Today I forsook the Saturday Phoenix Cycling Club spin to save my Legs for tomorrow Mornings Club spin as I made a promise to bring Andreea over to the House of Sport on Sunday Morning for the Club spin as she was unable to make the Saturday spin.

After a damp Morning 🙁 the Sun came out 🙂 around lunchtime and I ventured out for a gentle Cycle in the Winter Sunshine.

Deliberately keeping the effort level low I cycled down the Greenway to Holywood Arches and in to the new C.S. Lewis Square and the Sculptures from the ficticious characters in the Novel, the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Over the Dee Street Bridge, passing the iconic Cranes of the Harland and Wolff Shipyard and in to the Titanic Quarter which was very busy with tourists as always seems to be the case now.

After pootling around for a while I Cycled out the Airport road to Holywood Sea Park which again was very busy with people enjoying the all too rare Sunshine, then back home via Stormont.
