Reagh Island

Friday Afternoon and out on the Bicycle for a short but enjoyable Bike ride round the County Down lanes. Up the Greenway to Comber to start with avoiding the stressed out Motorists on their commute home from Work.

Out of Comber and up the hills of the Old Ballgowan road in to Ballygowan then out the Moss road to Lisbane and down Quarry road in to the Ringneill road along the shore of Strangford Lough where the lanes are narrow and the traffic minimal affording me the opportunity to take my eyes off the road and take in the scenic countryside views.

A short break on Reagh island to grab a pic or two then an easier spin home along the Ballydrain road, through Comber town and back along the Greenway for 28 miles.
